contracted by the developers of 123File-It to perform its HawkStart Bundle
consisting of drafting and issuing a press release through a leading
distribution vendor; development of a case study; a postcard mailing to a
target list of prospects; telemarketing services as a follow up to the post
card; and a high level review of the software company’s web site. The intent
was to promote a new filing service available from 123File-It to a new
market, specifically doctors' offices.

BrewPubZone.com is a website dedicated to brewpubs, microbreweries,
craft beers, and home brewing. In 2006, the Hawk Group, LLC acquired the
rights to the web site and built on its content, to make it an even more
valuable tool to the craft beer aficionado. In addition, it monetized the site
through participation in affiliate programs and PPC advertising. The site
was sold in February, 2008.

CareersinBeer.com is another Internet project taken on by The Hawk Group,
LLC. This website, dedicated to jobs in the food & beverage industry, was developed from "scratch" and was launched in the Fall of 2006. The site
offers easy to find jobs, free accounts, featured employers, resume posting,
and more. CareersinBeer achieved #1 SEO ranking on a number of search
engines for several terms. The site was sold in March 2008.

CoolStuffForDads.com is a new Internet venture for The Hawk Group, LLC. This is the first time that the company has entered the online retail, shopping space. CoolStuffForDads.com will offer gifts for men and will be targeted at both the male and female shopper.

GamePlan, a Tennis/Sports Scheduling and Management Program, is a
great productivity tool for event organizers. It consists of three main
modules; Challenge Ladder; Tournament Draw; and Match Scheduling. The
Hawk Group, LLC partnered with the developer of GamePlan, Greencourt
Software, to develop a Distributor Channel to help promote the product to
the sports community. A variety of activities have been conducted including
issuing a Press Release announcing the partnership and the availability of
the distributor program. Building on the release, potential vendors were
contacted to determine their interest in the program. Additionally, other
ways to make the tennis community in general become more familiar with
the availability of GamePlan were reviewed with Greencourt Software.

designed for apartments, rental housing, commercial property, mobile home
parks, storage facilities, and property owner associations. Just So
Software realizes that the function of the property management software is
much more than just accounting and has developed The Property Manager to allow users to do the whole job. The Hawk Group, LLC outlined an initial
set of marketing activities and helped to execute them: a Press Release;
periodic Post Card Mailings to targeted prospects; Web Site change
recommendations; and monthly Email Newsletters to opt in prospects.

Serval Systems is a leading provider of back office retail management
software. Their product, Serval Retail Manager®, provides grocery stores,
restaurants, convenience stores, and most other retailers with a quick,
efficient and accurate retail management software solution that gives them
complete control over their operation's financial management. It is designed
to interface and complement most Point of Sale (POS) and accounting
systems. The Hawk Group, LLC has partnered with Serval Systems to help
promote the product in the United States Market. A number of mailings have
been done, telemarketing services have been provided, and a webinar was conducted. The Hawk Group was successful in securing a US-based POS software vendor to integrate applications and also helped identify a pilot installation.

The Statement Analyzer is software designed for law enforcement officials,
that will analyze a statement and assist users in determining if a subject is
being truthful or deceptive. The Hawk Group, LLC partnered with the
developers of this product, Advanced Interviewing Concepts, to help
promote the product to the retail market, including speciality law
enforcement stores.

The 30,000-Foot View, an interactive budget model, was designed to
provide organizations, such as school districts, with a management level
decision making tool to analyze multi-year budgetary projections. The Hawk
Group, LLC has partnered with the developer of The 30,000-Foot View to
help co-market and sell the product. A Marketing Plan was drafted for
review and to act as a foundation for the promotion of the product. An End
User Survey was also conducted to gain feedback from the then current
users. In addition, The Hawk Group, LLC issued a Press Release announcing the product in January 2006. The Hawk Group, LLC continues
to assist with the Sales & Marketing processes, including: responding to
prospect inquiry, demonstration coordination, proposal generation, and
follow up.
